Having handled medical malpractice cases, Mr. Downey has a strong grasp of the medical issues which often drive these cases. After working for the national firm of Robins, Kaplan, Miller and Ciresi LLP for several years where Mr. Downey gained additional experience in complex litigation, he opened up his own law firm in 2007. Now Mr. Downey focuses his practice on representing those persons injured through the negligence of others.
